Privacy notice

For the minishop.pro application form · Effective: 1 November 2026

1. Data controller

Controller: Szoboszlay Varga Monika. The website is operated by WEBSTUDIO ONL.
Address: Neubach 158, 5523 Lungötz, Austria
Email: moni@webstudio.onl
Phone: +43 664 3740438; +36 70 6018444.

2. Information and purposes

We process the information submitted in the application form: name, email address, phone number, country in which the business is based, intended product categories and planned number of products. We use it only to receive and respond to your application, communicate with you and, if you proceed with the service, prepare the setup of an administrator account. Form submissions are delivered by email to moni@webstudio.onl; we do not create a separate application database. A separate notice will cover the subsequent operation of that account. We do not use these details for newsletters or independent promotional campaigns.

3. Legal bases

We handle applications and pre-service communications under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where technical server logs are processed for website security and operation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.

4. Optional submission and retention

Submitting the form is voluntary. Without the information marked as required, we may not be able to process your application. If no service relationship is established, we retain application details for no longer than 6 months after our last substantive communication, unless a legal obligation or specific legal claim requires otherwise. If you become a customer, application correspondence needed for our communication is retained for the duration of the customer relationship. After that relationship ends, it is deleted unless a specific legal retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires limited further retention. Separate notices cover the later operation of the administrator account.

5. Hosting and recipients

Our hosting provider is World4You. As a processor, it may access information stored on the hosting platform and necessary technical logs in order to provide its services. We do not sell your information or disclose it for independent advertising. Provider data processing terms: World4You DPA.

6. Technical information and security

Technical server logs may be generated when you visit the website for operational and security purposes (for example IP address, access time, requested resource and technical browser information). These are separate from the fields you submit. The retention period for logs must be checked against the actual hosting configuration. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

7. International transfers and automated decisions

We do not independently plan to transfer application data outside the EU/EEA. Any subprocessors and international transfers by the hosting provider should be verified against its contractual terms. We do not make decisions about applications solely by automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact moni@webstudio.onl. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or another competent EU supervisory authority.

9. Scope

This notice applies only to data handled through the initial minishop.pro contact and application form. It does not cover the full operation of future administrator accounts, online-shop customer information, orders or payment services.
